I’ve been thinking about this lately as I approach the 4 year mark of my blog’s anniversary. First off, I can’t believe it’s been that long since I started this blog in the first place. I just started this blog because I enjoy reading and it was an outlet for me to share that love of reading with other people out there.

Every year since starting this blog, I’ve tried to set some reading goals for myself. First, it was trying to read more books than I did in the year prior. I haven’t even counted how many books I’ve read since I started this blog. Then I started adding different types of books or different genres in order to get myself out of my comfort zone (as far as reading goes).

The hardest part is coming up with new stuff to write about. I am sharing what I read every time I’ve read a new book. But coming up with different stuff to read in between the book reviews is the most difficult part. I do enjoy writing on my blog, don’t get me wrong. It’s just I have to have a sit down from time to time and have a brainstorming sessions in order to come up with new articles. The fact that I enjoy reading literature helps though…….it doesn’t feel so much like work to me.
