Major Announcement!

It was recently announced on Twitter that Christopher Paolini is making a new book and it will be released on 09.15.2020 (nearly a year away, ugh!). This new book, titled “To Sleep in a Sea of Stars”, sounds very much like a science fiction novel to me. This book is available for pre-order already at several major retailers including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Books-a-Million and more. I think I’m going to be giving this book a read when it comes out. What about you?

Synopsis: You flew on the wings of a dragon, now soar into a sea of stars. . . .

To Sleep in a Sea of Stars is a story of enormous intergalactic weight and consequence, but also of deeply personal human strength, compassion, and awe.

During a routine survey mission on an uncolonized planet, xenobiologist Kira Navárez finds an alien relic that thrusts her into the wonders and nightmares of first contact. Epic space battles for the fate of humanity take her to the farthest reaches of the galaxy and, in the process, transform not only her—but the entire course of history.

Latest purchase!

I was able to shop at a Barnes & Noble today and I wanted to share what I purchased at said store. I thought this store was pretty big in size. However, they did not have books by a certain author that I was looking for. My only regret was that I could have spent more time in the store. I would have ended up spending more money if I could have stayed longer. But I am happy with the books I did find while I was there.
