What beverage do you normally like to enjoy while you’re reading? I like to drink a nice cup of hot chocolate with some marshmallows in it, however, I drink it mostly in the winter time. During the warmer months, probably just a bottle of water or the occasional Mountain Dew Baja Blast.
I don’t normally enjoy a lot of snacks while reading because I don’t want to mess up my books while I’m reading. I’m might enjoy a small amount of chocolate (milk chocolate is preferred) as long as it’s not something that will get all over my hands. I’m just very particular about not messing up the books I have or damaging them in anyway.
The Fireside Chats 
A good hot chocolate sounds good, but as I am from Hawaii, I won’t torture myself by making a hot drink. lol I like to keep it simple and hydrating. I’ll have a soda with me whenever I’m reading. It keeps me satisfied so I won’t even need to stop reading to make something to eat. It also keeps me feeling cool so I can concentrate on the story and not the heat. If I lived in a really cold place, I would probably make a hot chocolate or coffee whenever I read.

I can see why you wouldn’t drink a hot chocolate when you live in Hawaii. I’m sure I would make hot chocolate more often but I can’t drink it during the summer because it’s just too hot. So, I have to find something cool to drink during the summer months. I’ll also get my drink before I dive into a book. That why I don’t have to make any stops during the book to get a drink, especially if I get to any good parts.

Usually water, but sometimes beer. I try to cut out snacks and drinks out of my life, but it ain’t that easy. Mostly if I read a book on the pc I snack as you need one hand to scroll lol, other than that I do not want to touch anything with dirty hands.
Oh also I love wine, I love to drink some red wine with a good book.

I am trying to drink more water now. They say water is suppose to be good for you so I’m trying to drink more of it than I use to. I will splurge on my favorite soda from time to time (Baja Blast Mountain Dew) but I don’t drink soda as much as I use to. Plus, they only sell my favorite soda in stores for a couple of weeks and then I have to wait for a whole year before I becomes available again. It is a flavor of Mountain Dew that is only available all year round at Taco Bell.
