Young adult fiction is having a field day with screen adaptations on streaming services. What’s a recent, previously un-adapted YA novel you’re dying to see made into a movie or tv show?

Stoneheart trilogy by Charlie Fletcher = This trilogy includes “Stoneheart”, “Ironhand” and “Silvertongue”. I think this would make good movies but I could see this working as a tv show though. It’s one of those things that could go either way.

Vampire Rebellion by Wayne Hancock = This begins with the “Vampire Rebellion” and ends with the “Vampire’s Revenge”. I’ve read the first one but I haven’t read the second one yet. I’ve had so much to read that I haven’t gotten to the second one yet. I’ll have to read it soon before I forget what happened in the first book. This would make a good tv show, I would.

Crave by Tracy Wolff = This series begins with “Crave”. Then there is “Crush” and “Covet”. The series ends with “Court”, which will be coming out November 1st of this year if memory serves me right. Universal Studios has bought the movie rights to this already from what I heard. I am ready for this movie to comes out.

Queen of Hearts by Colleen Oakes = This is a trilogy…..it starts with “Queen of Hearts”, then “Blood of Wonderland” and “War of the Cards”. This a play on the Alice and Wonderland story but with a twist. I don’t want to say too much because I don’t want to ruin it for anybody. This is another that would be a good movie.

The Cellar or You Will Be Mine by Natasha Preston = Both of these books are standalone novels but they’re written by the same author. Each novel tells a different story but they’re both a good thriller that will keep you on the edge of the seat.
