I wanted to talk about my recent trip to the local bookstore in my hometown. I just love going in there. Just the smell alone is wonderful (yes, I like the smell of books). But they also have a little coffee shop in the right hand corner of the store as soon as you walk in so there is usually a coffee smell mixed in there as well. Even though I’m not really a coffee drinker, it’s still a pleasant smell. Anyway, I had lots of fun browsing through the isles to look for some new books to add to my collection. I wouldn’t be surprised if they had thought I moved in with as much time as I spent in there shopping. I also saved a pretty good amount while I was there. Since I was a “member” and had their discount card, I saved 10% off my purchase (which came to about $19.50). Then I had a coupon for $25 off (it’s one of the coupons that they give you when you sign up for their membership card). So I got to save almost $45 total on my purchase….who can complain about that? *big smile on my face* Anyway, I had fun shopping and it was a very pleasant experience. Also, if you are mildly curious as to what I bought…..you can check out the list below.
